Ingredients:
280g Caster Sugar
20g Cocoa Powder
40g Self-raising flour
1 Large Egg
1 Table spoon of milk (tbsp)
60g Melted Butter
A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees or 350 Fahrenheit
Method:
1. Mix together sugar, flour, salt and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
2. Beat your egg and milk, add together with the melted butter.
3. Add the egg, milk and melted butter mixture to your dry mixture.
4. Mix everything well (not with an electronic mixer) until your final mixture looks like a dark brown, gooey, sort of like choco mousse.
5. Choose small (not quite doll sized, but lets say 'mini') cake mold.
This is the human version of what we used...
And then the shape of the cake look like this... (but not the same colours, these pics are off the internet)
6. Fill the mold as full as you want (btw: it will rise). Some of the mixture may be left over, depends.
7. Your oven should be at 180 Degrees or 350 Fahrenheit.
8. Leave your cake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes, depends. Tip: Maybe at 25 minutes you should take the cake out and check the inside!
9. Let cool for 10 - 15 minutes and then decorate with icing sugar and sprinkles, put some Cadbury's Mini Eggs on top to make it extra Easterish!
Oh, and if you don't know what the mini eggs are, this is what they look like...
Anyway, so that is the recipe. If you have any questions please do comment (btw: you do not need a blogspot or any type of website account, and I promise not to give out any email addresses "pinky swear")
